What this build may save
The app saves your signed-in account identity, supplied name, learning answers and their stated status, language, processing choices, confirmed summary versions, practice proposals, team reviews, your acceptance, actual start/end dates, daily notes, feedback and weekly choices. Existing tools also save your self-declared profile, limits, plans and reviews. Change and consent evidence, staff responsibility, next actions and conversation notes are kept for continuity.
- Signed-out samples and browser copies are separate from your signed-in learning records. Unsent question drafts can remain in this tab’s account-specific session storage.
- Signed-in records belong to the authenticated account. Active assigned staff can review their customer records; the app owner can oversee the team.
- Private staff AI drafts are kept separately from customer-facing explanations and records. An AI draft is not human review or customer acceptance.
What you should never provide
Market Sarthak does not need custody of funds or access to a broker account.
- PAN or Aadhaar unless a separately approved, necessary process explicitly requests it
- Card details, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password
- Broker password, trading PIN, API key, recovery code or remote-access permission
Purpose and data minimisation
Records are used for educational rule checks, continuity, evidence-based discipline summaries and account support. The product should collect only what is necessary for those purposes and should not silently infer subscription, returns or suitability.
Optional AI help and team preparation
If you record your AI-processing permission, you can ask MS Bol to explain a saved learning question. Authorized team members can also request private preparation drafts using relevant learning answers, missing-answer statuses, your practice plan, recent notes and weekly review. These details and a pseudonymous safety identifier are sent to OpenAI for remote processing. Customer explanations and internal team drafts are saved separately in app records.
Using saved team conversation and work records requires a separate optional permission, recorded under staff-ai-conversation-work-v1. If you explicitly agree, relevant saved staff conversation notes, planned work and recorded work results may also be sent to OpenAI for private team drafts. Staff records describe what staff reported; they do not confirm customer actions. Existing learning-only permission does not grant this extra use. Without the separate current permission, these team records are excluded from AI requests.
AI output does not approve a plan, accept support for you, start practice or send a message. You can withdraw the separate team-record permission and keep learning-only AI, or turn off learning AI as well. Turning off learning AI also revokes the team-record permission; turning learning AI back on does not restore it. Withdrawal stops future requests in the withdrawn scope and an in-progress draft is discarded if consent changes before it is saved. It cannot recall data already sent to the provider and does not automatically delete previously saved records. Prepared question help and human support remain available. The existing Learning Coach uses the question and limited learning context, including behaviour focus, recent rule categories, completed lessons and review count.
- The request uses store: false, but remote processing still occurs and must not be described as zero retention.
- Do not enter passwords, OTPs, broker credentials, identity documents, private financial details or another person’s data in Coach fields.
- Use the Coach only for educational concept questions and neutral, user-entered observations.
Listening and optional voice answers
Listening uses a suitable local voice when your device has one. Voice answers are optional. If you choose to start them, your browser’s speech service may process audio remotely. Check or correct the displayed words before choosing Save. This app saves the submitted text; it does not itself save an audio recording. Availability depends on your browser, language and device.
Your controls
The Profile screen lets you download your loaded workspace and saved learning journey. This download excludes private staff drafts and is not a complete server audit archive. Clearing this device removes the selected account’s browser copies and unsent drafts; it does not delete server records. You can edit answers, change optional AI permission and pause your learning practice. For correction, access or deletion support, contact the official channel with the minimum identifying detail needed. A production release still requires approved retention, deletion and processor procedures.
