Information we collect
We collect the name, phone number and email you provide, account details needed to sign in, contact messages, and journal or plan entries you choose to save. Contact forms also use a one-way daily source hash for abuse prevention; the form does not store your raw IP address.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate your account, save your work, answer your questions, deliver the service you choose and protect the platform from misuse. We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
Storage and service providers
Website and application records are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, including D1. Existing email authentication is processed by Supabase; mobile verification may use MSG91. If you choose optional WhatsApp or AI services, the information necessary for that service is processed by the relevant provider. Only authorised personnel and necessary service providers receive access for those purposes.
Payments
Payments, when made through Razorpay, are processed by Razorpay. Necessary transaction information is shared for payment processing and refunds. Do not put card details, OTPs or banking passwords in contact messages or journal entries.
Cookies and security
We use essential session cookies and browser storage for login, security and your preferences. We apply access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Deletion and questions
To request deletion of your account or personal data, email marketsarthak00@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. We retain only information needed for service, security and applicable legal obligations; legally required transaction records may need to be retained.
