Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital service
Market Sarthak provides digital education and discipline tools. There is no physical shipping. Plan validity is 30 days.
Refund eligibility
Request a refund within 48 hours of payment if you have not used the service. If the service has been used, or the request is made after 48 hours, no refund is available under this policy, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation
Contact us to cancel your service. Cancelling does not automatically create refund eligibility; the conditions above apply. No automatic renewal is initiated by these public pages.
How to request
Send your payment reference, payment date and reason by WhatsApp +91 93136 10644 or email marketsarthak00@gmail.com. Never send your card credentials, OTP or banking password.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method in 5–7 working days. Contact us with the payment reference if an approved refund has not arrived within that period.
